Last week, Race-Calendar.com’s interactive running maps were featured in the NHS Choices website, in one of the biggest partnerships we have established with a major health organisation – this week, we partnered with Cancer Research UK to promote every single 2012 Race For Life event at Race-Calendar.com.
With over 250 events, the female only Race For Life is set to be a huge success again in 2012 – and we believe it is a great way for women to become more active and get themselves into the sport of running. So we’ve created a category specific for Race For Life at Race-Calendar.com, where women up and down the United Kingdom will be able to find an event near them on our interactive map!
In keeping with the Race For Life branding, every event is coloured Pink where present in our runner’s maps, to allow men and more advanced runners to easily note the difference between such events and open entry running events.
You can browse all of the forthcoming Race For Life events for 2012 (and beyond!) in the Race-Calendar.com Race For Life Map.
Watch this space for more exciting running partnerships with Race-Calendar.com as we look to continue the site’s development into the world’s biggest and most useful race discovery and entry solution.Social tagging: 2012 > Cancer Research > Cancer Research UK > Interactive > Map > Race For Life > Race For Life 2012 > Race-Calendar.com
